It's Christmas time at the Guesthouse and we're in the mood for good cheer and spirits ha ha.

Christmas holidays

Christmas is upon us and it's time for a break from work, some family fun and a guesthouse full of guests. Awesome. Today my son and his mate Dain took a drive to the nearby Kloof gorge and spent the morning sliding down slippery rocks into swirling pools and climbing mountains in the roasting heat. Amazing day with the boys!

 

Happy Durban Christmas

Here's a Christmas wish to you all... thanks to all you awesome guys for visiting this year... you've made it special for us; and for those intending to visit in the New Year.. don't wait too long.. come and have some of this summer sun Durban is famous for. Have an incredible 2012!!

Christmas Lunch

We normally have the kids all around on Christmas Day but this year they were away so we were able to welcome guests from around the world into our home for a casual but awesome Christmas weekend and lunch around the pool on the day.

In the top photo are myself and Llewellyn (right) with the dinner we all pitched in to provide, and in the photos that follow guests from Amsterdam now living in Botswana and the girls from Manchester.

The Christmas spirit...

Emma and Johanna (below) from Manchester joined us in Durban for Christmas.

Michel and Rienie (below) from Amsterdam have made Southern Africa their home and paid their first visit to Durban for Christmas, staying with us in the Guesthouse. They are re-locating to set up a farm camp in Maun, Botswana.

Gay Christmas in the Hay

Christmas is upon us and this is our opportunity of wishing all of our visitors to Durban and the Guesthouse a Merry Christmas, a "hot" festive season and much fun in the hay!
