Durban was the place to be this Easter with glorious sunshine making lounging around in the sun or around our Guesthouse pool or roof-top a top attraction. The beachfront was alive with festive beachgoers, surfers, the annual Festival of Chariots Hare Krishna devotees, and Zulu dancers. Seen in the photos are Kesi and Subash from Durban around the guesthouse pool and guesthouse co-owner Llewellyn catching some sun on our roof-top.
Welcome to Gay Durban, our guesthouse and Durban event blog.. a place for gay dudes in Durban to publish events, happenings and more about life here, from 2010 to 2020, particularly for visitors to our part of gay South Africa on the sunny beach east coast.

We couldn’t have had a better stay or experience than the one at Durbanview. You guys were incredible, and the service set a new standard. Thank you for your wonderful breakfast, excellent accommodations and a fabulous home. You made us feel comfortable and welcome — like being in our own home. Our room was a delight, and you provided everything we needed. Needless to say, you spoiled us from any other Bed and Breakfast.
Thanks a million,
Subash & Kesi
