Over the years we have had some hot photoshoots at the guesthouse. Durban July Winners

We had an awesome few hours at the Durban July races yesterday.. waited especially for the 13th race.. after the horses have run, about 50-100 guys climb over the rails and line up for a 100m naked race to the finish. Pretty hot! I took a video clip again but with my iphone this year was not able to zoom, so it was not the best video I have made. Here's the link to the 2013 video clip.

The Babylon boys gave us quite a show last night. Awesome abs, hot dancing and great eye candy. All of our guests got free entry tickets to the event and we all crawled back between 3am and 5am... so was quite hectic, especially as we were up and Llewellyn baked a batch of savory muffins and we did breakfasts for the boys and our guests at 9am!

Weekend in Durban

It's a big weekend in Durban with the AmaShovaShova Cycle Race in Durban on Sunday. And guests Henk and Riaan (centre) who competed recently at the Gay Games in Cologne are here in Durban for the big race from Pietermaritzburg to Durban.

Joining them for a drink in the guesthouse pub are Adrian (left), Dave (Guesthouse co-owner - back), and guests from London Greg and Will (right).

Also in Durban for a regular visit from Johannesburg is Italian Engineer Emmanuel (above). Enjoy the sunny day in Durban guys... the rain has cleared and Sunday's cycle race should be in perfect conditions.  

Hot Durban

Hot boys in Durban there are, but this is clearly not our beach here.. we have white sandy beaches, so good bod, but not local. Will have to show you some more local beach shots.. the season is hotting up so surfs up!

Back in Durban after Amsterdam Pride

We sailed into Amsterdam on Saturday in time for the 2010 Gay Pride Canal Parade which attracted 400 000 spectators despite the slight rain. It started with a warm welcome at the dockside and ocean terminal as we stepped off the "Eurodam" after a whirlwind cruise of the Baltic with 1500 gay guys, then an interview screened on Dutch TV that night, the spectacular canal parage through the main canals of Amsterdam and awesome parties in the streets of the city.

Even the street barmen were hot and willing to wave the flag for us.

The rights of gay Africa were represented for the first time in the canal parade.

More than 40 floats took part in the parade in intermittant rain.

Street artists claimed their share of the action too.

The hot "kissing boys" did not need to decorate their float too much - just add skin!

Even the Police were represented at Gay Pride... with a helmet..

And Dave admires the boobs... lol

Dave and Llewellyn take every opportunity to show the South Africans were there.

Flags and balloons greeted the "Eurodam" at the dockside in Amsterdam on the morning of arrival for Gay Pride 2010 and we showed them our Pride.

Calvin Klein photo shoot @ Durban View

Here's a hot pic from model Shane's collection shot on location at our Guesthouse for a Calvin Klein entry.. of course the undies will have to change if the shoot pics are accepted. I think Shane would definitely look good as the "face" of Calvin Klein.

It's been a busy week at the Guesthouse with the World Cup football, but not too busy to fit in a photo shoot with these models, entrants in an upcoming brand campaign. All thanks to model boss Warren Morck of Glamorous Models and official photographer Ryan Stewart who allowed me to slip in and catch these informal pics of the hot guys.

Durban summer in winter

In Durban it's hard to believe it's winter, and us locals get spoilt enjoying summer weather all year. It's Comrades Marathon today but I am stuck inside studying... after so many years I decided to write my Notarial exam so will give you some more pics on this later.  In the meantime enjoy the eye candy here. Guesthouse hot pics

I am sure I promised you some hot pics of model Tyrone Nell from his recent photo shoot for Spartacus International at the Guesthouse. Well here they are am I am proud to say I got to take them myself. Thanks Tyrone for making yourself available and for adding plenty of excitement to the Guesthouse last Saturday.

The photos also show off a bit of the Guesthouse with scenes shot around the pool, the rooftop jacuzzi, the outside shower and the patio deck off the Pool room and Rainbow room. These were recent building additions we made to the Guesthouse. Dave

A bit of Italy in Durban

Meet Emmanuel, an engineer from Milan on contract with an Italian company working on projects in South Africa and around the world.

Emmanuel is presently staying in Johannesburg but came to visit the Guesthouse this weekend and here he takes some time out to relax in the lounge with us.
